Devlog 1 (Mimi's Adventure 2)

Hey everyone!! Eight here, with my first devlog for Mimi's Adventure 2--actually, my first devlog ever. 

But anyway, before I start talking about what I've been doing with this project, I want to let you all know that any updates I talk about will not be appearing in this prototype. When I talk about new updates, I mean new stuff added to my main project for this--not this prototype.

Okay, so, I have started working on Mimi's Adventure 2 (MA2) today after taking a break from it. I have concepts for three main story paths--and good news!! Unless development plans change, you will have a different (NPC) companion for each of the three main story paths! I really like this idea in particular because I've played a lot of puzzle horror games, (Little Nightmares 1, Very Little Nightmares, Little Nightmares 1 DLC, Little Nightmares 2, Inside, Limbo, and Among the Sleep) and Little Nightmares 2 was the only one where you got a friend to travel with. So that makes it so I just really want to make video games where you get to have a friend! I don't know about the rest of y'all, but I love cute bestie interactions in video games.

And it took me a little while, but I decided on a number tattoo for Mimi! 13.
